What happens during the complimentary consultation?
We spend the conversation learning what you are planning, who you are bringing together, how you want the experience to feel, and what matters most to you. From there, we can determine whether Nosh Junction is the right fit and what the next step should be.
Do you offer preset catering packages?
Our approach is intentionally flexible. We may use proven formats and service models, but the experience begins with the occasion rather than forcing the occasion into a fixed package.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergens?
Yes. Dietary needs are discussed during planning so the menu and service approach can be designed responsibly. Specific allergen requirements should always be disclosed before the event is confirmed.
What areas do you serve?
Nosh Junction is based in the Charlotte area. Travel outside the immediate service area may be available depending on the event, venue, scope, and logistics.
How far in advance should I reach out?
Earlier is always better, particularly for larger events and high-demand dates. Nosh accepts a limited number of experiences to preserve the level of attention each event receives. If your event is approaching quickly, schedule a consultation anyway and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
